PRIMITIVO SUSUMANIELLO SALENTO IGT
A dark red color with purple hints, with a complex bouquet of red fruits aromas and spicy notes. Boccantino Primitivo Sussumaniello Salento IGT is characterized by an intense and warm taste. The grapes used for this wine are harvested by hand and undergo a fermentation process at controlled temperature between 16° and 18° C. Afterwards, part of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and another part in big oak barrels. The final blend undergoes a final aging in bottle for 3 months.
Food pairing and serving temperature
This wine pairs perfectly with flavorful first dishes, grilled meat and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 8°- 10°C.
SUSUMANIELLO SALENTO IGT
Dark red with purple hints and a fruity bouquet, this wine is characterized by intense red fruits aromas. On the palate, it is strong-flavored, with a very good persistence. The grapes are harvested by hand during the second half of September and the vinification process takes place in stainless steel tanks. When fermentation is over, the wine ages in the bottle for 3 months.
Food pairing and serving temperature
Perfect combined with pasta with meat sauce, grilled meat and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16°- 18°C.
CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC RISERVA
Ruby red colour with intense violet hints. The bouquet has complex and elegant notes of violet and spices. The taste is dry, round and full bodied, with flavor of plum and typical note of oak. Grapes are harvested in the late autumn when the berries start to dry off, destemmed, and then left to steep with the skins for some days to facilitate the extraction of the color, various components and tannins. Fermentation then starts and the entire process takes about 12 days under a controlled temperature of 25°-28°. Wine is aged in Slovenian barrique for about 12 months, then completed by a further maturation in bottle.
Perfect with red meats, cured cheeses e tasty first courses. Excellent also as a meditation wine. Serving temperature: 16°-18°.

NERO D'AVOLA DOC RISERVA
Intense ruby red with purple hints, with a delicate bouquet and note of ripe pomegranate. The taste is velvety, well-structured with a long lasting finish. Grapes are harvested manually in the first week of September, and undergo fermentation. When fermentation ends, wine is aged in medium size barrique for about 8 months, then followed by a further maturation in stainless steel tanks and in bottle.
Perfect with pasta, roasted or grilled red meats. Excellent also on its own. Serving Temperature: 14°-16°.

MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO DOC RISERVA
Ruby red colour with intense violet hints. Its bouquet has a delicate note of liquorice and berries. Well structured in the mouth, slightly tannic with typical aroma of the varietal. Grapes are harvested manually after the middle of October, then are destemmed and pressed delicately to obtain the best part of the must. Fermentation then follows at a controlled temperature of 24°-28°. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests in barriques and in barrels for about 12 months, then followed by a further maturation in the stainless steel tank.
Perfect with roasted or grilled meats. Excellent also on its own. Serving temperature: 16°-18°.
