In the undulating Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, lies the Bacio della Luna winery. 25 hectares of vineyards cultivated with love and respect for nature, where every phase is carefully attended to give life to unique wines. Bacio della Luna “Platinum Collection” is a limited edition produced from our own vineyards in Valdobbiadene, Unesco World Heritage.
Carefully selected and manually harvested in small boxes, the grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must. A long Charmat method of 6 months with a slow fermentation and an extended stay on the lees with frequent batonnages.

Elegant and well balanced. A vivid straw yellow colour with greenish hints and a fine perlage. Characterized by a delicate bouquet of white flowers, fresh fruits and bread crust. On the palate it is fragrant, fruity and with pleasant balsamic notes. The perlage is creamy and velvety with a long savory finish.
