PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOC RISERVA
Cultivated using the traditional “Alberello” system, the grapes 100% Primitivo are harvested manually, and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 33° C for 25 days. Finally, it is aged in barriques for at least 12 months. Intense red with violet reflections, the wine has a bouquet of ripe fruit with spicy notes. On the palate, thanks to the refining in barrel, it is soft and structured.
Pairings and service
Perfect with grilled, roasted or stewed meat and try it with extra dark chocolate. Serving temperature between 16° and 18° C.
BRINDISI DOC RISERVA
A wine, made with Negramaro grapes, that recalls the notes of cherry and vanilla, with a delicate tannin hint thanks to the maturation in barrique. Grapes are handpicked exclusively from mid to end October. Fermentation takes place under a controlled temperature of 33° for approx. 20 days to emphasize the structure and aromas. After that, wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 10-12 months.
Perfect with game and mature cheese. Serving temperature: 16° – 18°.

PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOC
Intense ruby red colour with a bouquet of mature fruits and spicy notes. In the mouths is delicate, well balanced and harmonic. A special product obtained exclusively from Primitivo variety. Grapes are grown with the traditional “Alberello” cultivation method, harvested manually in the end of August when the berries reach their best maturation status. After the harvest, fermentation takes place under a controlled temperature of 33° for approx. 25 days to emphasize its structure and the aromas of the wine. Then, the wine is aged in oak barrique for about 4 months.
Perfect with grilled meat and mature cheese. Serving temperature: 16° – 18°.

SHIRAZ CABERNET SICILIA DOC
A wine with a ruby red colour and an intense bouquet of cherry and plums. Well balanced, with outstanding notes of plums and mixed berries. Shiraz grapes are vinified in the second half of September and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and then aged in French oak barrels for 6-8 months. Cabernet grapes undergo a natural drying process in the vineyards, a particular process than can take place only in areas like Sicily where the specific soil and climate donate the favorable conditions. The dried grapes are then vinified in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the two varietals are blended to create this unique wine that conveys the typical Mediterranean warmth.
Perfect with game, red meat and stews. Serving temperature: 16° – 18°.

AGLIANICO DEL VULTURE DOC
Ruby red colour with garnet hints. Complex bouquet, fruity and elegant, with clear spicy notes. Intense notes of cherry and jam, currant, and rosemary, tobacco and cinnamon and vanilla hints.
It tastes dry, warm with a long aromatic finish.
Perfect with red roasted meat. Ideal to enjoy on its own. Serving temperature: 16°-18°.
