PROSECCO SPUMANTE ROSÉ MILLESIMATO DOC EXTRA DRY
Grapes are manually harvested in boxes and softly pressed to obtain the must, which is then treated by refrigeration and filtration. Fermentation takes place in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks between 18°C and 22°C. When fermentation is completed, follow the stabilization and Charmat process. Before the sparkling process, we add a portion of Pinot Noir, which gives our Prosecco its typical rosé color.
Food pairings and serving
It is a wine that pairs perfectly with seafood dishes. Ideal as an aperitif with appetizers and starters.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C
PINOT ROSÉ VINO SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
Delicate rose colour with salmon pink hints. Intense bouquet with delicate notes of mixed berries. The taste is rich, well balanced with a pleasant and persistent finish. The Pinot Spumante Rosè Extra Dry is a Cuvée of Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero vinified rosé. Grapes undergo a maceration on the skins for 6-8 hours and are then softly pressed to obtain the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 16° and 18°. When fermentation is over, follows the sparkling winemaking process, following the Charmat method.
Food pairing
Recommended for light meals made of fish and poultry. Ideal as an aperitif and can be enjoyed on any occasion. Serving temperature: 8°-10°.

MÜLLER THURGAU VINO SPUMANTE BRUT
Straw yellow colour with greenish hints. Delicate and characteristic bouquet. In the mouth, it tastes dry and with a pleasant bitter finish. Müller Thurgau Brut is based on white winemaking process and grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 16° and 18°. When fermentation comes to the end, follows the Charmat sparkling winemaking process.

Perfect for light starters or delicate first courses, and fish. Serving temperature: 8°-10°
CHARDONNAY VINO SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish hints and persistent perlage. Bouquet with notes of fruits and flowers. Harmonic and pleasant taste with an elegant acidity. Grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must which is then treated by refrigeration and filtration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature by adding selected yeasts. Second fermentation then starts following the Charmat method.

Perfect for any special occasion, great as an aperitif or with desserts. Serving temperature: 8° -10°.
MOSCATO VINO SPUMANTE DOLCE
Intense straw yellow with delicate and aromatic bouquet. Sweet and harmonic taste in the mouth. Grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must, which is stocked at controlled temperature of 0°. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks by adding selected yeasts. Second fermentation then starts following the Charmat method.
Food pairing
Perfect with fruit and dessert. Serving temperature: 8° -10°.
CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG
Elegant, delicate and persistent perlage; with splendid straw yellow colour. It presents a delicate bouquet of acacia and wisteria flowers combined with a fragrance of fresh fruits. Freshness and joyful sensation in the mouth. Crown jewel of Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, the harvest for this wine is carried out manually on the Valdobbiadene hillside. Grapes are then softly pressed to obtain the must, which is treated through refrigeration and filtration operations. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where temperature is always kept at 18°-22°C. When this procedure is over, the stabilization and sparkling winemaking process start, according to the Charmat method. All steps are carried out following the Prosecco DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene regulation.
