The alpine microclimate, mitigated by the Mediterranean influence, together with the dolomitic soil, calcareous and clayish, create in South Tyrol the ideal environment to produce excellent wines, appreciated all over the world for their minerality, structure and unique flavors.
Kellerei Auer wines are the result of the passion of expert oenologists, who are very devoted to this area and select the best grapes of the region for genuine wines with a strong character. Kellerei Auer wines is part of the Consorzio Alto Adige DOC.
GEWÜRZTRAMINER ALTO ADIGE DOC
This wine has an intense straw yellow color with golden hints. Its aromatic and rich bouquet, full-bodied and intense, has notes of exotic fruits, flowers, citrus fruits and spices, such as rose, orange, mint and pepper. In the mouth it is complex with a persistent finish, aromatic and mineral notes. Grapes are harvested in cases and then softly pressed to obtain the must. Vinification follows by adding selected yeasts to the must stored in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (between 14° and 16° C).
Perfect as an aperitif or with starters, fish, white meat and vegetables. Serving temperature: 8°-10°.

LAGREIN ALTO ADIGE DOC
Wine with intense ruby red colour, and a pleasant violet and blackberry bouquet. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and harmonious with soft tannic aroma. After the harvest and the destemming process, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (22-26° C), followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 6 months at least.
Excellent accompaniment to red and braised meat, bush meat, matured and spicy cheese. Serving temperature: 14°-16°.

PINOT GRIGIO ALTO ADIGE DOC
This wine is characterized by a clear, light straw yellow colour; it has a delicate bouquet with pleasant and smooth taste of walnut and honey. After the harvest, grapes are softly pressed and the must put in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperature (16°-18°).
Ideal accompaniment to mushroom dishes, fish and shellfish. It is excellent also as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 8°-10°.
