A dark red color with purple hints, with a complex bouquet of red fruits aromas and spicy notes. Boccantino Primitivo Sussumaniello Salento IGT is characterized by an intense and warm taste. The grapes used for this wine are harvested by hand and undergo a fermentation process at controlled temperature between 16° and 18° C. Afterwards, part of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and another part in big oak barrels. The final blend undergoes a final aging in bottle for 3 months.
Food pairing and serving temperature
This wine pairs perfectly with flavorful first dishes, grilled meat and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 8°- 10°C.

The grapes are harvested by hand during the second half of September and the vinification process takes place in stainless steel tanks. When fermentation is over, the wine ages in the bottle for 3 months.

With an intense red color, this wine is characterized by an intense bouquet with notes of berries and delicate spicy notes.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September and the first ten days of October. The pressed grapes continue their path with a short maceration phase.Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (25-28 °C) for about 10-12 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barriques for about 6 months and here takes place the natural malolactic fermentation.
Food pairing
Excellent with savoury first courses, red meat and roast meat, mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 18°-20°.

Enveloping scents and an intense red color characterize this Apulian wine. Fresh bouquet with spicy and fruity hints. Round, soft and velvety taste. The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of September. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 20°C and 22°C. Part of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and another part in big oak barrels. The blend undergoes a final aging for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
It is a classic red wine, perfect with red roasted meat. It is excellent with mature cheese and salami. Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

Intense ruby red with purple hints, with a delicate bouquet and note of ripe pomegranate. The taste is velvety, well-structured with a long lasting finish. Grapes are harvested manually in the first week of September, and undergo fermentation. When fermentation ends, wine is aged in medium size barrique for about 8 months, then followed by a further maturation in stainless steel tanks and in bottle.

Perfect with pasta, roasted or grilled red meats. Excellent also on its own. Serving Temperature: 14°-16°.

MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO DOC RISERVA
Ruby red colour with intense violet hints. Its bouquet has a delicate note of liquorice and berries. Well structured in the mouth, slightly tannic with typical aroma of the varietal. Grapes are harvested manually after the middle of October, then are destemmed and pressed delicately to obtain the best part of the must. Fermentation then follows at a controlled temperature of 24°-28°. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests in barriques and in barrels for about 12 months, then followed by a further maturation in the stainless steel tank.
Food pairing
Perfect with roasted or grilled meats. Excellent also on its own. Serving temperature: 16°-18°.
