





AMICALE
The land around Verona boasts an exceptional wine production, in some areas very ancient and renowned at an international level. The Amicale selection rediscovers flavors and scents of the land of Verona, with high-quality wine such as Corvina Verona; two blends of grapes grown in the region – a full-bodied Rosso Veneto, with spicy nuances, and a mineral-aromatic Bianco Veneto-, a Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Rosé plus two sparkling wines: the Pinot Rosé and Prosecco.






PINOT ROSÉ
Mild pink colour with coppery reflections, creamy white foam, fine and continuous perlage. This wine has an intense aroma with delicate notes of red berries, a rich and balanced flavour, with a lingering aftertaste. The Pinot Rosé extra dry is a Cuvée composed of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The grapes are softly crushed to obtain the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16-18°. When fermentation is over, followed by stabilization and second fermentation, the Charmat method is carried out.
Food pairing
Ideal with fish or white meat meals. Suitable as an aperitif and it can be enjoyed on any occasion. Serving temperature: 8°-10°.
AMICALE PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY
This wine, with its golden colour and greenish reflections fine and continuous perlage. It has an intense, elegant, fresh and fruity aroma. Its full and balanced taste blends fruity notes with a strong minerality. The grapes for this Prosecco Extra Dry DOC are harvested manually. Afterwards the grapes are softly crushed to obtain a clear must, through refrigeration and filtration operations. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature between 18° and 22°. When fermentation is over, followed by stabilization and second fermentation, the Charmat method is carried out. The residual content of sugar it is determined according to parameters required for the ‘Extra Dry’ denomination.
Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light pasta and seafood dishes. Serving temperature: 8°-10°.

AMICALE BIANCO VENETO IGT
This wine is characterized by crystal, straw yellow colour with greenish hints. Its intense bouquet is full of tropical fruits notes, of apricot and vanilla. The taste is balanced, spicy, well structured with a right acidity level. Grapes undergo a cold maceration process for about 8 hours before the crushing in order to obtain a fruity bouquet. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 16° for part of the grapes, while the rest brews in oak barriques to obtain balanced and harmonic flavours. Afterwards, the wine refines in the bottle for 3 months at least.
Food pairing
Perfect with starters, first courses of fish, vegetables and white meats. Serving temperature: 8°-10°.

AMICALE EDIZIONE LIMITATA ROSSO VENETO DA UVE CORVINA - IGT
The Corvina grapes are manually selected during the harvest.
The selected grapes then undergo a drying process called “appassimento” which consists in placing the grapes in special boxes inside a room equipped with ventilators, to maintain a constant temperature and humidity. During this process, grapes lose 35% of their weight, but retain and enhance their unique flavors and aromas. When the sugar content reaches the level desired, the vinification can then undergo in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Part of the grapes are aged in oak and acacia new barriques for a period of 12 months, while the remaining part is kept in steel in order to preserve the spicy characteristics of the Corvina.
After ageing, the two components are blended and bottled, completing their rest in the bottle for a further 3 months.
Food pairings and serving
Ideal with first courses based on potato gnocchi and meat sauces, second courses based on game and tasty side dishes. Also excellent as a meditation wine.
Serving Temperature: 16° – 18°C – Decant at least one hour before serving.
AMICALE ROSSO VENETO IGT
Ruby red colour with delicate and vinous bouquet characterized by intense raspberry and black cherry aroma. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, soft and velvety, with hints of spices and chocolate thanks to the slow aging in Tonneaux. Amicone is obtained from a unique blend of selected red grapes cultivated in Veneto region. Part of these grapes undergoes a particular overripe process in the vineyards, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once obtained the final blend, part of it goes into a slow maturation process in Tonneaux.
Food pairing
Ideal accompaniment to first courses, red meats, game, roasted meat and cheese. Serving temperature
14°-16°. It is suggested to decant at least one hour before serving.

PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE ROSÉ DOC
Light pink colour with coppery hints and pleasant notes of red fruits such as cherry, blueberry and raspberry. Long aftertaste with characteristic minerality and sapidity.
Grapes are cultivated in the southern part of Trentino and Veneto. They are harvested manually at the beginning of September. The vines grown in the valley floor and the hilly area, where the high temperature range between day and night leads to an excellent level of maturation. The grapes undergo a soft press and the must obtained is put in contact with the skins for about 8 hours to reach the right colour and fragrance. Then follows alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16°-18° C. The wine is aged for about 2 months on the same yeast to make it full bodied and smooth.
Food pairing and serving temperature
Excellent with light appetizers, sushi, fish soup, white meat and codfish. Serving temperature: 8°- 10°C.
